The Luzada Albarino is a lovely straw-yellow colour, with the nose picking up a medium-high intensity, fresh and herbaceous character, fruity, apple, pear and citrus (grapefruit, lime). On the palate it is fresh with good acidity, citrus, green apple and floral notes.

Georgia is considered to be the ‘cradle of wine', as 8,000 year-old indigenous Rkatsiteli grape seeds have been found in clay vessels. Vachnadziani was established in 1953and is one of the oldest wineries in Georgia. With over 1,000 hectares of vineyard, covering the Kakheti region in eastern Georgia and the Imereti, Racha and Lechkhumi regions in western Georgia, Vachnadziani cultivates 25 vine varieties - the majority of which are indigenous. Theirexciting and dynamic range reveals all the charm of this historic winemaking land.

This lovely Cotes du Rhone is a blend of Stephane Ogier's Rasteau and Cairanne vineyard and displays the typical elegance all his wines posess.  60% Grenache and 40% Syrah make up the blend and provide a medium to full bodied wine that is packed with plummy, herbal tinged fruit and beautifully poised acidity. Although this is approachable now with a decent decant, waiting until 2026/2027 will pay dividends and the wine should drink beautifully through to 2033.

Domaine de la Berthete have made a wonderfully approachable Cotes du Rhone that is packed with the warm, sunny flavours of the pebble strewn vineyards of the Southern Rhone.  50% Grenache and 30% Syrah are blended with a selection of other varieties from vines with an average age of 35 years old.  The result is a tantalising red that shows ripe black fruits, garrigue notes and a waft of spice on the long, satisfying finish.  Not a blockbuster, but packed with flavour, this terrific value red is a great match to roasted red meats.

The Diamantopetra Vidiano/Assyrtiko is a bright, pale yellow in the glass. The aroma is elegant with flavours of pineapple, apricot and chamomile which are combined elaborately with vanilla, nuts and oak. In the mouth, full bodied with crisp acidity that integrates nicely allowing the fruit to be properly expressed. The finish is long as leaving you a wonderful aftertaste with apricot and vanilla hints.
