This classic Barbera is aged in stainless steel tanks, allowing the primary aromas of the varietal to shine through, including fruity notes such as cherry, orange peel, plum, and berries, all backed up by violet and elderberry floral notes. Germar Breton are certainly a Champagne House to keep an eye on.
