The 2015 D'orset Brut Rose is our own label sparkling wine made in conjunction with our friends at Langham Estate.  We've been huge fans and long time supporters of Langham since their first vintage so it made sense that we work together to produce our first own label sparkling rose.

The Minotaure Rose from Domaine de Grandpre is an extremely popular wine amongst our customers.  This aromatic rose is rich with fantastic length, characterised by white fruit, grapefruit and floral notes and a hint of spice on the finish.

2025 Touraine Rose, Patrick Vauvy

Red Blend

Patrick Vauvy makes a delightfully pale Salmon coloured Touraine Rose from later harvested Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Pineau d'Aunis.  The floral nose leads to a beautifully fresh, rounded palate with red fruits and whiffs of spice.  Light enough to enjoy as an aperitif yet with enough body to take on smoked meats and cheeses.

NV Grande Rose, Champagne Gosset, Ay

Champagne Blend

The nose is clearly marked by the strawberries both the fresh fruit and as jam. Wild red cherry, redcurrant and with a hint of grapefruit dominate the palate. The mouth is well structured with a constant tension between freshness and a fruity roundness.
