The 2019 Malvasia, Clos De Lom, Do Valencia is delicious, hand harvested and has an intense nose of ripe fruits such as red apple, peach and lychee with a floral background of orange blossom. The well-structured palate shows ripe fruits and plenty of freshness. The finely balanced acidity carries through to the long, satisfying finish.
Clos de Lôm is a family run winery founded in 1836 that specialises in Monastrell, Garnacha and Malvasia, as well as also cultivating the Spanish flagship grape Tempranillo.

Jean-Christophe Bott has been responsible for Domaine Bott-Geyl since 1993 and he converted the vineyards to be organic in 2000 and then biodynamic in 2002. In the vineyards he concentrates on low yields and in the cellars he oversees the vinification in the most natural and minimalist manner to produce wines with precise varietal character.
