CHRISTMAS DELIVERY SCHEDULE/ORDER CUT OFF DATES

18th December – North Dorset Sherborne/Gillingham/Shaftesbury (Last Orders 17/12)

19th December – Bournemouth/Poole/Purbecks (Last Orders 18/12)

20th December – Bridport/Beaminster (Last Orders 19/12)

21st – 22nd December – No Deliveries

23rd December – Dorchester/Weymouth/Portland (Last Orders 22/12)

COURIER DELIVERIES OUTSIDE DORSET – LAST ORDERS FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY – WEDNESDAY 18TH DECEMBER. (Any orders placed after 18th will be processed but may not arrive before Christmas).

We aim to turn orders around as quickly as possible and under normal circumstances orders should arrive within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends).  From time to time however, this is not always possible due to incoming stock schedules and unforeseen hold ups.  We will aim to keep you informed throughout the order process and will let you know if there is going to be a delay.

Delivery Charges:

  • Delivery is free to all customers in DT1, DT2, DT3, DT4, DT5 & DT6.
  • Delivery to the rest of Dorset will be free for all orders over £65.00.  A £10.00 delivery charge applies to orders below £65.00.
  • Delivery outside of Dorset, to most of mainland UK is free for all orders over £150.00. A £10.00 delivery charge applies to orders below £150.00.
  • Northern Ireland and Scotland is charged at £15.00 flat fee regardless of quantity and value.
  • Delivery to Highlands and Islands will be charged at £20.00 regardless of quantity or value.
  • All deliveries will be undertaken either by our own vans (Dorset) or courier (national).

Advice of non-delivery, or partial delivery, must be received in writing within 5 days of the invoice date, otherwise The Dorset Wine Company cannot accept claims or responsibility for loss.

Goods must be signed for legibly on receipt as either being in good condition or damaged and any such damage advised to us within 3 days.
