We aim to turn orders around as quickly as possible and under normal circumstances orders should arrive within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends). From time to time however, this is not always possible due to incoming stock schedules and unforeseen hold ups. We will aim to keep you informed throughout the order process and will let you know if there is going to be a delay.
Delivery Charges:
Advice of non-delivery, or partial delivery, must be received in writing within 5 days of the invoice date, otherwise The Dorset Wine Company cannot accept claims or responsibility for loss.
Goods must be signed for legibly on receipt as either being in good condition or damaged and any such damage advised to us within 3 days.
