The delightful e Rosato by Mora & Memo is an elegant and intense Rose showing Cherry, Raspberry and Blackberry fruit on the nose and palate along with more delicate floral notes. Lovely fresh acidity on the finsh adds some structure and balance.
Viticulture for Rosato Isola dei Nuraghi, IGT draws on Sardinia’s authorised red grape varieties, cultivated across the island’s diverse terrain. The designation permits rosato wines to be produced from any combination of approved red cultivars, offering growers flexibility while maintaining regional identity. These 30 year old vineyards, at around 150 metres above sea level are rooted in limestone and clay soils and support balanced ripening in Sardinia’s warm climate, contributing to the fresh, floral and lightly structured character typical of Isola dei Nuraghi rosato wines.
