Description
The Soli Merlot is amazing value and drinks beautifully. Bramble, baked plums and herbal tinges are supported by notes of tobacco giving a wine which is both plush and rounded, and immensely enjoyable to drink.
Wine lover Edoardo Miroglio searched high and low to find the perfect spot to grow pinot noir in Bulgaria. The piece of land he chose was on the eastern side of the Thracian Valley. Nearby the Saint Ilia hills shade the area from the freezing Baltic winds while a natural lake regulates the temperature. Miroglio purchased the land in 1998 and by 2004 they had produced their first vintage.

Chardonnay
An expressive bouquet of butter, mouth watering citrus and fleshy white fruits. The complex palate shows a surprising mellowness backed by toasty notes and a very classy touch of minerality on the long, lingering finish.
