Description
Mader is a tiny, high quality wine producer based in Alsace, in the village of Hunawihr. All the vineyards are grown organically without the use of any chemical treatments and has been certified by Ecocert since 2007.
This 100% Pinot Gris is round and supple in texture, with wonderfully precise flavour. Great concentration and depth with a little residual sweetness in this ripe vintage. The rich texture and cleansing acid balance make this very appealing, especially to those who prefer the traditional Alsace style of winemaking.
