Description
The Sensale Grillo Bio is one of our best selling wines and a brilliant all-rounder. Straw yellow in colour with a balanced palate that is both savoury and fruity at the same time. Citrus notes and persistent floral tinges mingle with ginger spice and lovely fresh acidity.
One of largest wineries in Sicily, Sibiliana Vini uses the latest in modern winemaking technology to produce this range of wines from indigenous Sicilian grapes. The three quality levels of Grillo and Nero d’Avola show the grapes in increasing levels of complexity culminating in the Sensale Organic wines.

It has a particularly tropical character and a very fresh feel on the palate, with steely minerality and a zippy background acidity giving invigorating tartness to keep the wine luscious and buoyant.
