The Troballa Negre is a wonderful 100% Garnatxa that is fermented and aged in a mixture Amphora, concrete egg and French oak. Plum, cherry and strawberry fruit mingle with richer cassis and black berry notes with balsamic hints and wonderful freshness. The fruit is so pure in this terrific wine which has a silky, rounded finish. Another belter from Mas Blanc i Jove!

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir Epineuil from Domaine Fournillon is a beautifully fresh Pinot with bright, red fruit flavours and supple tannins. This delightful red wine comes from parcels of vines in the village of Epineuil, with the majority of Pinot Noir grapes are harvested mechanically for efficiency so they can be transported to the estate for maceration in stainless steel tank for a period of 2 weeks, with regular punch downs. After separating the skins from the juice it is aged in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 15 months.
