The Hancock and Hancock Shiraz/Grenache blend is made in a beautifully restrained and supple style. There’s plenty of ripe dark plum fruit, pepper and spice courtesy of the Shiraz with the rose petal perfume and red cherry flavours of Grenache. Well balanced through to the finish, this drinks really well now, but will cellar nicely for 5 years or so.

Pinot Noir
The Bourgogne Pinot Noir Epineuil from Domaine Fournillon is a beautifully fresh Pinot with bright, red fruit flavours and supple tannins. This delightful red wine comes from parcels of vines in the village of Epineuil, with the majority of Pinot Noir grapes are harvested mechanically for efficiency so they can be transported to the estate for maceration in stainless steel tank for a period of 2 weeks, with regular punch downs. After separating the skins from the juice it is aged in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 15 months.
