The 2018 Mcintyre Pinot Noir, Moorooduc was established in 1982 by Richard and Jill McIntyre. Moorooduc is a small, family run wine business that has built an enviable reputation for complex and food friendly wines.
The philosophy here is to use top quality fruit that is produced by intensive, hands on work in the vineyard and minimal use of chemicals. The wines are then fermented using wild yeasts and minimal intervention to allow them to express the character of their individual sites. Moorooduc is rightly regarded as one of the leading lights in Mornington and one of the finest Pinot Noir producers in Australia.

nv original 60/40, champagne delavenne, grand cru bouzy
The Brut Tradition Original 60/40 is made up of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from two vintages which are fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel. It's extremely classy with a great depth of flavour showing apple fritter and brioche with fresh apple and lemon drop charatcters. We are delighted to have these wines on our shelves, and also very lucky seeing as most of the production ends up on the tables of some of France's best Michelin Starred restaurants.
