The La Signa-Terres from Paul Lebrun shows an incredible butter-like creaminess alongside orchard fruits, citrus and almond aromas. Following many ultra-successful vintage releases, the Langham Blanc de Blancs has switched to a non vintage blend following the 2018 vintage.  Made with 100% Chardonnay, 90% of which is from the 2020 vintage, and aged on the lees for three years, this is an energetic and wonderfully focussed Blanc de Blancs. The nose displays a tense balance between ripe green apple and conference pear with notes of white flowers and intense graphite minerality. The palate is delicate yet weighty in texture, with soft ripe pear, honeydew melon and white grapefruit acidity, finishing with a trademark saline nuttiness.

This cuvée has a bright and golden colour. The nose is dominated by the freshness and the fruit. The Chardonnay brings finesse sustained by notes of yellow fruits such as peach and Mirabelle plum. This complex Rosé NV is a blend of 15% Pinot Noir, 16% Pinot Meunier, 69% Chardonnay, with the current release made from base wine from 2020.  The wine offers aromas aplenty of cherry bakewell, pink lady apple skin, raspberry yoghurt & wild strawberries. The palate reflects this fresh red berry profile, but it is also more serious & has great depth. Cherry yoghurt, young wild strawberry & raspberry coulée bring the fruit profile to the forefront, whilst a more savoury & saline note rounds off the wine.
