Our house Cava shows small, subtle bubbles and an enticing pale yellow colour. On the nose it is fresh, balanced and fruity with floral notes and touches of honey mingled with white peach and gentle autolytic tones. The palate is rich and elegant with opulent flavours of white peach, citrus with a slightly bitter finish. A perfectly balanced wine which exhibits a remarkable presence and persistence.

The Laborie Blanc De Blancs Methode Cap Classique is complex and indulgent showing aromas of green apple and citrus. Hints of lime are accompanied by aromas of toasted bread and hazelnut.
