The Hanewald-Schwerdt Riesling Sekt Trocken has a steely lemon tinged nose with red apple and peach underpinned by zesty lime acidity, resulting in a lovely refreshing style.  This is by no means bone dry though, and with 23grams of residual sugar this a fruitier style that is a great alternative to Prosecco for those looking for something a little different.

Our house Cava shows small, subtle bubbles and an enticing pale yellow colour. On the nose it is fresh, balanced and fruity with floral notes and touches of honey mingled with white peach and gentle autolytic tones. The palate is rich and elegant with opulent flavours of white peach, citrus with a slightly bitter finish. A perfectly balanced wine which exhibits a remarkable presence and persistence.

The Laborie Blanc De Blancs Methode Cap Classique is complex and indulgent showing aromas of green apple and citrus. Hints of lime are accompanied by aromas of toasted bread and hazelnut. The palate is creamy, round and textured with an explosive acidity and lasting, elegant finish. This stunning sparkling wine is a regular award winner and once tasted it's not difficult to see why.  Superb value for money.
