Description

The Langham Corallian Classic Cuvée is currently with 2023 as the base vintage and includes 24% reserve wine.  The blend is 69% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 1% Pinot Meunier

A delicious Chardonnay dominant cuvée which is citrus led, with mineral and saline notes, making it ideal as an aperitif or to drink with fresh seafood.  The nose has wild notes of gorse and sea buckthorn with apricot tart and candied orange, while the energetic palate is full bodied, with hints of mango and quinceleading to a thirst-quenching finish that is fresh and saline.

Gamay

The Turbullent Rose is a deliciously light, refreshing and pretty rose made in the Methode Ancestrale way (not quite a Pet Nat).  With fresh raspberry and red fruits, crisp acidity and a melt in the mouth palate, this is a delightful wine made with the local Gamay Saint Romain variety in the southernmost AC in the Loire.

This de-alcoholised fizz from Domaine la Colombette is one of the best lo/no sparkling wines that we've come across to date.  The Domaine are pioneers in the languedoc, taking a sustainable approach to winemaking and doing lots of research into disease resistant vines as well as low volume and de-alcoholised wines.

Deep yellow with golden highlights and fine, delicate bubbles. It has an intense, fruity bouquet with aromas of peaches, apricot jam and subtle hints of toasted brioche and vanilla. On the palate is it full-bodied, fruity and graceful with golden peach flavours. The long finish is distinctive with light toasty notes. All in all Folies de la Marquetterie is a full flavoured, harmonious Champagne distinguished by its immense richness and complexity.
