Description
IWSC Sparkling Wine Producer of the year, Langham’s Culver Classic Cuvée is a non vintage wine with the base vintage currently being 2021 with 26% reserve wine. Red fruit heavy it is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir, 14% Pinot Meunier and 11% Chardonnay, displaying a rounded,quite rich and opulent style.
All Langham wines are fermented with wild yeast and split between both steel and old French oak to elevate and mature before spending 18 months on the lees to harmonise in bottle.

This is a wonderfully elegant and refined Franciacorta made with 100% Chardonnay. The palate is soft and creamy, showing peach, apricot and exotic candied fruits alongside perfectly poised acidity and a refreshingly tangy finish. This wonderful Franciacorta underwent secondary fermentation in bottle (as per Champagne) and was aged on its lees for 24 months prior to disgorging, and then for a further 2 months in bottle prior to release.
