Description
IWSC Sparkling Wine Producer of the year, Langham’s Culver Classic Cuvée is a non vintage wine with the base vintage currently being 2023 with 10% reserve wine. Red fruit heavy it is a blend of 37% Pinot Noir, 31% Pinot Meunier and 37% Chardonnay, displaying a rounded,quite rich and opulent style.
All Langham wines are fermented with wild yeast and split between both steel and old French oak to elevate and mature before spending 18 months on the lees to harmonise in bottle.

This complex Rosé NV is a blend of 15% Pinot Noir, 16% Pinot Meunier, 69% Chardonnay, with the current release made from base wine from 2020. The wine offers aromas aplenty of cherry bakewell, pink lady apple skin, raspberry yoghurt & wild strawberries. The palate reflects this fresh red berry profile, but it is also more serious & has great depth. Cherry yoghurt, young wild strawberry & raspberry coulée bring the fruit profile to the forefront, whilst a more savoury & saline note rounds off the wine.
