The delicious Aker English Rose Aperitif is the result of a collaboration between Chapel Down Winery in Kent and Capreolous Distillery in the Cotswolds.  This delightful blend of Pinot Noir Rose and Raspberry Eau de Vie balanced by carefully selected English botanicals is fruity and elegant with notes of strawberries and cream and fresh raspberry. The ever popular Villa Wolf Pinot Noir Rose has a short period on the skins to create a beautiful pale salmon pink colour, the juice is run off and fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel.  The wine is a beautiful balance of generous juicy red fruits, hints of mineral undertones and crisp, thirst quenching acidity. This is one to be filed in the 'Dangerously Drinkable' category.
