Patrick Vauvy makes a delightfully pale Salmon coloured Touraine Rose from later harvested Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Pineau d’Aunis. The floral nose leads to a beautifully fresh, rounded palate with red fruits and whiffs of spice. Light enough to enjoy as an aperitif yet with enough body to take on smoked meats and cheeses.
