Dry yet exotic, this field blend is made from estate grown Muller Thurgau, Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. The elegant nose shows floral notes of jasmine and zesty lime, leading to delicate white spices, including white pepper and a touch of ginger. On the palate, this pristine white wine opens with vibrant freshness, leading to a crisp, bone-dry finish. Beautifully balanced and almost effortlessly drinkable, this cracking white is a great value and suits many occasions.

This cracking little 'orange wine' comes from the innovative Cramele Recas winery in Romania. It's not made with oranges, but the name refers to a white wine made in the red wine method, with fermentation taking place on the skins of the grapes, hence the darker colour. This wine is fermented naturally with wild yeasts and without the addition of any sulphur.
