Description
The Cotes Du Rhone Reserve Blanc from Domaine Grand Veneur is a superb value white. It is a blend of Roussanne, Viognier and Clairette and been a regular feature of our list for several vintages thanks to it’s wonderful balance of delicate floral aromatics, peach and stone fruit flavours and balanced fresh acidity.
The Jaume family have been making wine here since 1826 and still own the same vineyards; some of the vines are now over 100 years old. Christophe Jaume is the sixth generation of his family to make wine at this domaine.

2022 Gruner Veltliner Fels Am, Anton Waldschutz
Gruner Veltliner
The Fels Am from Anton Waldschutz is a fuller expression of Gruner Veltliner with some added depth and texture due to 6 months ageing on lees. There's so much to excite here, with a nose of exotic fruits, spice and dried herbs. The palate is full, round and rich yet doesn't lack any of the spiciness one would expect from the grape. This is delicious now but could age gracefully for years to come.
