The Pucelle is one of our favourite Domaine Belleville white wines, with a beautiful structure and impeccable balance on the palate. The complex palate shows a surprising mellowness backed by toasty notes and a very classy touch of minerality on the long, lingering finish.

The Brut Tradition Original 60/40 is made up of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from two vintages which are fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel.  It's extremely classy with a great depth of flavour showing apple fritter and brioche with fresh apple and lemon drop charatcters.  We are delighted to have these wines on our shelves, and also very lucky seeing as most of the production ends up on the tables of some of France's best Michelin Starred restaurants.

One of our best selling sparkling wines, this stunning Cremant is given added complexity by the addition of 2cl of Vin Jaune at dosage.  The result adds a rich, nutty and savoury edge to what is otherwise traditional method 100% Chardonnay, which tasted blind could pass for an aged Champagne.  Not everyone's cup of tea but certainly popular and curious enough to keep customers coming back for more!

2019 Vinhas Velhas, Luis Pato,Dao & Bairrada

The Vinhas Velhas, Luis Pato goes through stainless steel fermentation which produces a refreshing white with Pear, Apple and white flower aromatics which carry through to the palate and are underpinned by a nutty, almond complexity.  Mix in a saline edge to the crisp, balanced acidity and you are left with a wonderful white which is evocative of the region.
