The Te Quiero Organic White Field Blend comes from a mix of small plots of exotic old fashioned bush vine grapes. The varieties are too small in quantity to vinify seperately and are therefore all thrown in to ‘the pot’ at once. The result is a flavoursome, richly textured yet vibrant wine from the heart of Spain, showing notes of white flowers and crips acidity.

The grapes for this approachable Puligny are hand harvested and undergo a gentle pressing. The juice is then left to settle for a few days then put into French oak barrels, 30% of which are new. Indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation and the wine spends 12 months in barrel before being blended and bottled. Great persistence in the mouth, this wine has a wonderful freshness to it and can be enjoyed in it's youth.
