An expressive bouquet of butter, mouth watering citrus and fleshy white fruits. The Pucelle is one of our favourite Domaine Belleville white wines, with a beautiful structure and impeccable balance on the palate. The complex palate shows a surprising mellowness backed by toasty notes and a very classy touch of minerality on the long, lingering finish.

The wonderfully fresh and elegant Prosecco Brut Spumante from Terre dei Buth has joined the fabulous Frizzante styles on our shelves.  This organic and vegan fizz is at once immensely appealing, with an enticing, softly textured palate of green apple, sherbert and gentle floral aromatics.  The finish is fresh, superbly clean and a million miles away from the nasty mass produced wines which plague the supermarket shelves.

NV Original 60/40, Champagne Delavenne, Grand Cru Bouzy

Champagne Blend

The Brut Tradition Original 60/40 is made up of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from two vintages which are fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel.  It's extremely classy with a great depth of flavour showing apple fritter and brioche with fresh apple and lemon drop charatcters.  We are delighted to have these wines on our shelves, and also very lucky seeing as most of the production ends up on the tables of some of France's best Michelin Starred restaurants.
