Description

The Odyssee from Chateau Nadal Hainault is a blend of 65% Grenache Noir and 35% Syrah that is packed with red fruits that verge on the exotic.  Supple on the palate with mineral undertones and a beautiful freshness. 


Chateau Nadal Hainault is a 5th Generation producer that specialises in producing certified organic wines from old vines, including a plot of Carignan planted  in 1900!  The wines offer fabulous value for money and also look fabulous!

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir Epineuil from Domaine Fournillon is a beautifully fresh Pinot with bright, red fruit flavours and supple tannins. This delightful red wine comes from parcels of vines in the village of Epineuil, with the majority of Pinot Noir grapes are harvested mechanically for efficiency so they can be transported to the estate for maceration in stainless steel tank for a period of 2 weeks, with regular punch downs. After separating the skins from the juice it is aged in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 15 months.
