Sauvignon Blanc

The KWV Classic Sauvignon Blanc is an elegant and refreshing,  textbook Sauvignon showing plenty of Gooseberry character laced with Guava and Passion fruit.  The palate is crisp and refreshing with green apple and chalky minerality leading to a well-balanced finish.

2021 Flametree Chardonnay, Margaret River

Chardonnay

The Flametree Chardonnay is beautifully balanced, displaying power and elegance in equal measure, plenty of vibrant citrus and stone fruit flavours and supportive oak courtesy of 9 months barrel ageing.  This is delicious now but will continue to develop for a couple of years.

Fels Am Gruner Veltliner.JPG

2022 Gruner Veltliner Fels Am, Anton Waldschutz

Gruner Veltliner

The Fels Am from Anton Waldschutz is a fuller expression of Gruner Veltliner with some added depth and texture due to 6 months ageing on lees.  There's so much to excite here, with a nose of exotic fruits, spice and dried herbs.  The palate is full, round and rich yet doesn't lack any of the spiciness one would expect from the grape.  This is delicious now but could age gracefully for years to come.
