We are delighted to welcome back this wonderful Menetou Salon from Domaine Coquin.  Planted on south west facing slopes with excellent exposure, the vines are tended with the utmost respect for the environment with ploughing and grass cover limiting the excessive use of chemicals.

One of our best selling sparkling wines, this stunning Cremant is given added complexity by the addition of 2cl of Vin Jaune at dosage.  The result adds a rich, nutty and savoury edge to what is otherwise traditional method 100% Chardonnay, which tasted blind could pass for an aged Champagne.  Not everyone's cup of tea but certainly popular and curious enough to keep customers coming back for more!
