Description
The Mercurey Rouge Les Perrieres (french for quarry), comes from 40 year old vines which are harvested after several passages through the vineyard to select the best fruit. Generous on both nose and palate with beautifully rounded fresh black fruits and a touch of spice. The tannins are rounded, soft and well-integrated on the long finish. Another terrific burgundy from Domaine Belleville.

NV Cremant Du Jura ‘Cuvee Bethanie’, Fruitiere Vinicole Arbois
Chardonnay
One of our best selling sparkling wines, this stunning Cremant is given added complexity by the addition of 2cl of Vin Jaune at dosage. The result adds a rich, nutty and savoury edge to what is otherwise traditional method 100% Chardonnay, which tasted blind could pass for an aged Champagne. Not everyone's cup of tea but certainly popular and curious enough to keep customers coming back for more!
