Description

The Finca Moncloa Tinto is a medium- high intensity with cherry red tones and persistent legs, with intense aromas of ripe red/ black fruits such as blackberry, blueberry and plum. It also carries some floral notes and spice such as black pepper, clove, vanilla and balsamic, whihc intensifies in the glasss. As well as this, you will also fine some fine notes of oak. On the palate it is well balanced with good acidity and a slightly sweet entrance. This is a smooth wine with body and long, round tannins.


Finca Moncloa, one of the Gonzalez Byass Singular Estates collection, is a 42-acre estate on clay and limestone soils, with a Mediterranean climate, producing red grapes with great intensity. These are all full flavoured wines from unique blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and the native Tintilla de Rota, which are aged in French oak, producing delicious full flavours with surprising finesse.


Grape Varieties: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Tintilla de Rota y Cabernet Franc.
