Description
“A blend of 54.2% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41.7% Merlot, and 4.1% Petit Verdot, the 2015 Le Pauillac de Chateau Latour is deep garnet in color. It waltzes out of the glass with ready-for-fun scents of black cherry preserves, warm cassis, and Christmas cake, plus suggestions of spice box, sandalwood, and potpourri. The medium-bodied palate is finely knit with great freshness and plush tannins, delivering a lingering spray of exotic spices on the finish.”

2018 Brunello di Montalcino Pieve Santa Restituta, Gaja, DOCG
Sangiovese
Gaja's Brunello di Montalcino shows notes of juniper berries, liquorice and sweet wood on the nose. It has a very clear expression of sweet and ripe fruit, opening on the palate, with notes of spice and earthy aromatic herbs. This wine has remarkable texture, mouth-filling fruit and a very good length.

2023 Gamay, Domaine Moulin Camus, IGP Loire
Gamay
This 100% Gamay from Domaine Moulin Camus comes from grapes grown on a slope of pure mica schist which gives the wine juicy, rounded red fruits a bit of tautness and minerality. A warmer than normal, sulphur free maceration for three days helps bring out some warmth and roundness to the fruit, making it slightly beaujolais'esque but without the bubble gum/commercial edge that one would normally find in this price range.
