2019 Chateau Treytins, Montagne Saint-Emilion

Chateau Treytins are a little better known for their Lalande de Pomerol, but have been making wine in Montagne Saint Emilion since 1998.  This fruit forward and approachable claret is made with 90% Merlot with the remainder being Cabernet Franc and other varieties, and is fermented in stainless steel, followed by a long maceration and bottling after 18 months of ageing.  Fresh with elegant red fruit notes and delicate tannins.

2022 Corryton Burge Shiraz, South Australia

The Corryton Burge Shiraz is a rich, soft and subtle Australian Shiraz showing deep ruby red with purple hues.  The nose has plenty of strawberry, raspberry and vanilla aromas. Richly fruited on the palate with forward characters of raspberry and plum alongside a soft toasty oak influence that enhances the vanilla and spice.
