In addition to juniper and orange zest, six spices give an exhilarating bouquet full of dynamism with beautiful lemon and peppery notes on the nose. On the palate, there is a discreet sweetness courtesy of ageing in barrels, the spices are fully expressed with notable citrus zest and lemon meringue pie on the finish.
