The Castlewood Brut Reserve is a Non Vintage blend of Chardonnay, Bacchus and Seyval Blanc. Clear pale lemon in the glass with a delicate bead. Bright crunchy apple and English hedgerow with deep refreshing citrus undertones. Subtle oxidative notes and complexity on the palate. Crisp acidity and long lasting creamy finish.

Elegant and refined, the Rose Brut is the cuvee that Champagne Billecart-Salmon are most famous for.   Zesty red berry fruit and strawberries mingle with fine citrus tinges and impeccable balance.  The wine is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, with 30% each of Pinots Meunier and Noir, and is aged for 36 months on it's lees.
