The 2015 D’orset Brut Rose is our own label sparkling wine made in conjunction with our friends at Langham Estate. We’ve been huge fans and long time supporters of Langham since their first vintage so it made sense that we work together to produce our first own label sparkling rose.
Very pretty in the glass and delicate on the nose, the D’orset Brut Rose shows red berry, bright cherry and hints of refreshing rhubarb on the nose, leading to a creamy, textured palate balanced by refreshing acidity on the finish. This lovely rose is a terrific aperitif yet is soft enough to work with a variety of lighter summery dishes.

The Turbullent Rose is a deliciously light, refreshing and pretty rose made in the Methode Ancestrale way (not quite a Pet Nat). With fresh raspberry and red fruits, crisp acidity and a melt in the mouth palate, this is a delightful wine made with the local Gamay Saint Romain variety in the southernmost AC in the Loire.

NV Cremant de Loire, Domaine du Landreau
Chenin Blanc Blend
Domaine du Landreau are 4th generation growers who produce a range of clean, crisp and expressive wines in the central Loire Valley. The Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc grapes are hand harvested over several passages through the vineyard, ensuring the grapes are picked at their optimum ripeness. A slow, cool ferment and 3 years lees ageing help this traditional method sparkling wine develop it's delicate floral, citrus and apple notes with nutty undertones. Elegant on the finish with a creamy texture courtesy of the ageing make this a stunning value alternative to entry-level Champagnes.

NV Blanc de Blancs, Langham Wine Estate, Dorset
Chardonnay
Following many ultra-successful vintage releases, the Langham Blanc de Blancs has switched to a non vintage blend following the 2018 vintage. Made with 100% Chardonnay, 56% of which is from the 2021 vintage, and aged on the lees for three years, this is an energetic and wonderfully focussed Blanc de Blancs. The nose displays a tense balance between ripe green apple and conference pear with notes of white flowers and intense graphite minerality. The palate is delicate yet weighty in texture, with soft ripe pear, honeydew melon and white grapefruit acidity, finishing with a trademark saline nuttiness.
