Current incumbent Julio Bouchon and his children carry on the family tradition of creating distinctive, terroir-driven wines. The Block Series wines are a relatively new release and are made with dry farmed old vines planted on ancient Granite Soils.

2024 Gavi di Gavi Bric Sassi, Roberto Sarotto

The Bric Sassi vineyard enjoys a privileged position in the Gavi growing area. Here the vineyards mostly face due South, and are made up of 40 year old vines. The result is a complex wine with delicious white peach notes on the nose leading onto more stone fruit on the palate as well as delicious honeydew melon.
