2021 Puligny Montrachet, Domaine Meunier

Chardonnay

The grapes for this approachable Puligny are hand harvested and undergo a gentle pressing.  The juice is then left to settle for a few days then put into French oak barrels, 30% of which are new. Indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation and the wine spends 12 months in barrel before being blended and bottled.  Great persistence in the mouth, this wine has a wonderful freshness to it and can be enjoyed in it's youth.

The Villa Wolf Gewurztraminer is clear, fruity and wonderfully light. It shows the aromatic charm typical of the grape with a delicious juicy texture and a delicate aroma of spices, exotic fruits and fresh roses.
