This beautiful rosé is fresh and savoury, with plenty of fruit character, flora, some dried herbs from the Garnacha Blanca and a sweet touch.  The finish shows beautiful structure and elegant tannins.  As with all Abel Mendoza's wines, this classy rose shows best with food, so don't be put off by the colour, grab yourself some Oysters or other seafood and get stuck in!

2025 Pinot Noir Rose, Villa Wolf, Pfalz

Pinot Noir

The ever popular Villa Wolf Pinot Noir Rose has a short period on the skins to create a beautiful pale salmon pink colour, the juice is run off and fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel.  The wine is a beautiful balance of generous juicy red fruits, hints of mineral undertones and crisp, thirst quenching acidity. This is one to be filed in the 'Dangerously Drinkable' category.
