Description
The Cuvee XV Bardolino from Guerrieri Rizzardi is a wonderfully approachable, easy drinking red wine made with predominantly Corvina, Rondinella and a splash of Merlot. The pretty hillside vineyards overlooking Lake Garda produce wonderfully fresh and aromatic wines with elegant red fruits and finely balanced, refreshing acidity. This delicate red should be enjoyed within a couple of years of the vintage.
The superb Rizzardi winery is built into the hillside and all winemaking processes are gravity fed, meaning minimal handling of the grapes and resulting in a fresh delicate style of Bardolino. The Cuvee XV refers to the winery being able to date it’s history to the 15th Century.
