The palate is impeccably balanced with beautifully intergrated oak from fermentation in 600 litre Demi-Muid barrels. Complex, inviting and a true joy to drink.

The Pugibet family love the freedom that growing vines and making wines in the Languedoc afford them and here we see the combination of close planted Burgundian clones of Chardonnay, Australian drip-irrigation and tradition Languedoc training to produce a cracking white that we love to drink.
