	Description
The Chardonnay Demi Muid, Domaine la Colombette is a lovely deep golden colour leads to an inviting nose of butter, toastiness and bright citrus and apple fruits.  The palate is impeccably balanced with beautifully intergrated oak from fermentation in 600 litre Demi-Muid barrels.  Complex, inviting and a true joy to drink.
This fabulous Chardonnay represents the pinnacle of production at Domaine la Colombette is a wine which they are justly proud of.  The Pugibet family love the freedom that growing vines and making wines in the Languedoc afford them and here we see the combination of close planted Burgundian clones of Chardonnay, Australian drip-irrigation and tradition Languedoc training to produce a cracking white that we love to drink.
