Description
Fabiano’s vineyards are located in the northern part of Verona , an area characterised by hills with mineral rich soils that slope towards Adige river. This is serious stuff from Fabiano with youthful Valpolicella being passed over the pressings left from the Amarone fermentation, resulting in a wine that has a wonderful balance of freshness and concentration with vibrant cherry fruit and rich, raisiny structure and firm drying tannins.
