Description
The Holdvology Vision is dry yet exotic with white peach, pear and quince fruit characters on the palate. Fermented in steel with some partial barrel ageing, this wine is beautifully textured and finishes with a touch of minerality. Made with Furmint, Harslevelu and a touch Kabar, this is a great wine to try if you fancy something a little different without being too whacky!

Palomino
The Barbadillo Palomino Castillo de San Diego is crisp, fresh and unfortified! This dry, refreshing white is a great example of the Sherry regions principle grape variety. The wine is perfect spring/summer quaffing and a great stepping stone to appreciating the more complex, fortified and solera aged versions from DO Jerez.

Riesling
The delicious Walt Riesling is medium-bodied, fruity and is made with fully ripened grapes. It shows lovely flavours of peach and stone fruit, with a hint of apricot. Nicely balanced acidity adds grip on the finish. Great value and hugely popular.

2019 Bordeaux Blanc Sec, Chateau Saransot-Dupre
Semillon/Sauvignon
Chateau Saransot-Dupre is a favourably sited 17 hectares property that lies between Fourcas Dupré and Fourcas Hosten in Listrac. Due to Listrac’s cooler temperatures, Merlot and Cabernet Franc are favoured over Cabernet Sauvignon to form the majority of the blend, helping them achieve optimum ripeness. Much like Chateau Fourcas Hosten, the wines have improved year on year since 2010 and the property were put on the radar thanks to a certain Robert Parker hailing the 2010 vintage as 'classed growth quality'. High praise indeed!
