Description
The La Fosse (translated as ‘ditch’) vineyard is in a natural hollow which provides a unique microclimate for this fabulous wine. The 30 year old vines used to make this classy white burgundy provide a wine which is taut and mineral tinged on the one hand yet generous and rich on the other courtesy of 12 months in barrel, 25% of which is new oak.
