The Colchagua Valley is home to the Caliterra Estate, located 200 km south of Santiago and 60 km from the coast at 150 metres above sea level. Caliterra Estate experiences a mediterranean climate, where cool nights and gentle breezes temper the sun’s energy creating perfectly ripe, intense, concentrated and balanced wines.
The appearance of this wine is deep and intense and is made with a number of Bordeaux grape varieties. It is fresh and elegant on the nose, with several aromatic layers. Spicy notes such as pepper, tarragon and rosemary gently give way to fruity aromas such as blueberry and sour cherries. Soft touches of roasted tomatoes complete the bouquet. On the palate, the fruitiness and smoothness of this elegant wine, which also has a rich and crispy acidity, signals a great structure.43% Cabernet Franc, 26% Petit Verdot, 14% Malbec, 8% Carmenere, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Syrah

The grapes for this medium weight, fruit led Julienas are hand harvested and left in tank for 10 days to macerate in order to optimise the colour and aroma of the wine. Fermentation takes place at a warm 27/28 degrees centigrade and maturation follows until March when the wine is bottled.An intense, purple colour. Fruity aromas dominated by fragrant raspberry, blackberry and blueberry. Round, supple and rich yet balanced by a lingering freshness on the finish.

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir Epineuil from Domaine Fournillon is a beautifully fresh Pinot with bright, red fruit flavours and supple tannins. This delightful red wine comes from parcels of vines in the village of Epineuil, with the majority of Pinot Noir grapes are harvested mechanically for efficiency so they can be transported to the estate for maceration in stainless steel tank for a period of 2 weeks, with regular punch downs. After separating the skins from the juice it is aged in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 15 months.
