The Baramban from Bodegas Alto Moncayo is a sumptuous blend of 50% Garnacha and 50% Tempranillo grown at 550 metres above sea level. The complex nose shows abundant blackberry, currrant and violet aromas, leading to full yet silky palate of layered blackberry, plum and cherry fruit mingling with more floral notes, spice and subtle oak.  The long silky finish is beautifully balanced and hides the 15% abv with aplomb.  This beautiful wine is fermented in open top tanks and spends 7 months in a mixture of French and American oak.

Barbaresco DOCG is produced every year from the 100 hectares of vineyards controlled by the Produttori within the appellation, mainly in the Barbaresco village itself. The Bourgogne Pinot Noir Epineuil from Domaine Fournillon is a beautifully fresh Pinot with bright, red fruit flavours and supple tannins. This delightful red wine comes from parcels of vines in the village of Epineuil, with the majority of Pinot Noir grapes are harvested mechanically for efficiency so they can be transported to the estate for maceration in stainless steel tank for a period of 2 weeks, with regular punch downs. After separating the skins from the juice it is aged in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 15 months.
