Grapes at Cantine Rallo tend to be harvested earlier than their neighbours, leading to a characteristic freshness in their wines.

The Notteri is a terrific example of Vermentino di Sardegna. Made with free run juice that is fermented at cool temperatures before resting on it's fine lees for 60 days.  The result is a wine which shows an intense nose that is fresh with stone fruit and floral notes.  The palate is soft and dry with more intensity and finishing on a pleasing bitter note.  This elegant white is a terrific wine to be enjoyed with seafood, especially shellfish, and lighter mediterranean starters.
