2024 Odulin Friulano, DOC Friuli

Friulano

The Odulin Friulano is made with hand harvested grapes that are treated with the utmost care to preserve their delicacy.  The grapes are gently de-stemmed and undergo a soft pressing prior to a cool, 10 - 12 day fermentation in stainless steel followed by lees ageing with part of the blend being aged in old barriques for 4 months.  Herbal and floral notes mingle with orange blossom and exotic fruits on the soft and elegant palate, showing hints of spice along with fresh, balanced acidity.

The Villa Wolf Gewurztraminer is clear, fruity and wonderfully light. It shows the aromatic charm typical of the grape with a delicious juicy texture and a delicate aroma of spices, exotic fruits and fresh roses. The Entre les Vents Cotes du Rhone Blanc is a wonderfully expressive white wine showing a richly layered nose.
