Our house prosecco is a beautiful extra dry style made from 100% Glera. More precision and freshness than the commercial styles found on the high street, it is delicate with a fine mousse and fresh aromas of wild flowers, apples and citrus, followed by a lovely clean finish.

Pinot Noir
Fournillon have 23 hectares of vines in Chablis in the cool, north of burgundy and are predominantly producers of classic, steely Chablis (see our fantastic value 'house' Chablis), but they also produce some red and this delicious cremant from 100% Pinot Noir. All fruit is hand-harvested and vinified carefully to produce an easy drinking, fruit-forward fizz that is well balanced and nicely rounded with a fine mousse. Excellent as an apertif.

Xarello
Our house Cava shows small, subtle bubbles and an enticing pale yellow colour. On the nose it is fresh, balanced and fruity with floral notes and touches of honey mingled with white peach and gentle autolytic tones. The palate is rich and elegant with opulent flavours of white peach, citrus with a slightly bitter finish. A perfectly balanced wine which exhibits a remarkable presence and persistence.

NV Cremant de Loire, Domaine du Landreau
Chenin Blanc Blend
Domaine du Landreau are 4th generation growers who produce a range of clean, crisp and expressive wines in the central Loire Valley. The Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc grapes are hand harvested over several passages through the vineyard, ensuring the grapes are picked at their optimum ripeness. A slow, cool ferment and 3 years lees ageing help this traditional method sparkling wine develop it's delicate floral, citrus and apple notes with nutty undertones. Elegant on the finish with a creamy texture courtesy of the ageing make this a stunning value alternative to entry-level Champagnes.
