The D'orset Brut Reserve is our own label traditional method sparkling wine made in conjunction with our friends at Langham Estate.  We've worked closely with Langham from their first vintage and have been staunch supporters of their fabulous, low intervention wines since day one, so it made perfect sense for us to collaborate on an own label project.

One of our best selling sparkling wines, this stunning Cremant is given added complexity by the addition of 2cl of Vin Jaune at dosage.  The result adds a rich, nutty and savoury edge to what is otherwise traditional method 100% Chardonnay, which tasted blind could pass for an aged Champagne.  Not everyone's cup of tea but certainly popular and curious enough to keep customers coming back for more!

2019 Blanc De Blancs Laborie, Methode Cap Classique,Western Cape

Chardonnay

The Laborie Blanc De Blancs Methode Cap Classique is complex and indulgent showing aromas of green apple and citrus. Hints of lime are accompanied by aromas of toasted bread and hazelnut. The palate is creamy, round and textured with an explosive acidity and lasting, elegant finish. This stunning sparkling wine is a regular award winner and once tasted it's not difficult to see why.  Superb value for money.

2015 Cava Gran Reserva Brut Real, Heretat Mastinell

White Blend

With a staggering 8 years on lees, this terrific Cava Gran reserva has to be one of the best value sparkling wines that we've come across recently.  The wine shows a lovely golden colour in the glass with delicate bubbles.  The floral nose has hints of pear, apple and star anise and leads to a wonderfully balanced and elegant palate.
