Description
Domaine du Landreau are 4th generation growers who produce a range of clean, crisp and expressive wines in the central Loire Valley. The Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc grapes are hand harvested over several passages through the vineyard, ensuring the grapes are picked at their optimum ripeness. A slow, cool ferment and 3 years lees ageing help this traditional method sparkling wine develop it’s delicate floral, citrus and apple notes with nutty undertones. Elegant on the finish with a creamy texture courtesy of the ageing make this a stunning value alternative to entry-level Champagnes.

2022 Cremant de Bourgogne Brut, Domaine Fournillon
Pinot Noir
Fournillon have 23 hectares of vines in Chablis in the cool, north of burgundy and are predominantly producers of classic, steely Chablis (see our fantastic value 'house' Chablis), but they also produce some red and this delicious cremant from 100% Pinot Noir. All fruit is hand-harvested and vinified carefully to produce an easy drinking, fruit-forward fizz that is well balanced and nicely rounded with a fine mousse. Excellent as an apertif.
