Description
A long standing favourite of ours, this delicious wine is a bit of a cape classic. Made from late harvested Muscat de Frontignan grapes which are gently crushed then left on their skins for 48 hours before a short fermentation.The wine is then fortified and bottled with the result being a wonderfully fresh, floral stickie that remains on the correct side of cloying. Enjoy this versatile dessert wine with a variety of puddings or as a long drink with masses of ice as the locals would. Terrific value.
