The Bollinger Rose is a suave and sophisticated Champagne made to exacting standards. Elegant and well-structured, this beautiful rose is a pretty pale pink with a nose of red currant, cherry and raspberry alongside hints of spice. The complex palate is dry with finely poised fruit, acidity and structure with elegant, fine bubbles.
62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay & 14% Pinot Meunier, 85% of which comes from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards.

The Winding Wood Extra Brut is a blend of 48% Chardonnay and 52% Pinot Noir grown organically on the flint and chalk slopes of west Berkshire. The grapes are hand-harvested and handed over to Daniel Ham at Offbeat Wines for the winemaking. Whole bunch pressed with a second fermentation in bottle and ageing for 27 months on lees prior to disgorging and 6 months on cork. This terrific English Sparkling wine is complex with an inviting nose of fresh apple, stone fruit and freshly baked bread. The palate is perky and fresh with hedgerow, citrus and floral notes that are backed up by toastiness and a fine streak of acidity running from start to finish.

The palate contains a bit of weight and a creamy texture making it great as a food wine.
